Homebrew Can I post forks of github?

I see nothing wrong with posting forks, after all they are public on GitHub for anyone to view. The ability to easily fork code and make your own changes and improvements to them and then ask for a pull request to get your changes merged is one of the things that make GitHub so great.

I'm not aware of any license that prevents you from making your code changes open source when the original project is open source, in fact many licenses require you to do so.

Still I have no idea what you are trying to accomplish but I assume you are not just randomly posting links for no reason.

Problem is.... He doesn't actually change anything relevant or at all. He only spams posts.

A forum must be organized, this has nothing to do with open source.

There's no point in publishing clonic projects but the aim of flooding.
Yeah, if OP didn't have a basic idea to participate adequately on a forum, much less to do something useful forking projects!
