GCN Can i make gamecube games?

Ok. I was on YouTube this morning because i couldn't fall asleep and i started watching sonic chao videos. There was this code for 2 players in the chao garden and it was a way of power lvling. I got up out of my bed and was about to put in my AR into my gamecube and there was a BIG crack in my AR disk. So as i was sitting in front of my GC sad, i thought mabey i can delete data off one of my gamecube disks and put AR on it. Can this be possible?

What how coudl that even be considered possible, you cant just delete the data on a dvdrom, besides being a gamecube disc...
