Can I modify my OLED switch? I went to a website that checked the serial code and it doesn't say patched, it only shows me warning, but it doesn't show me that the serial code of my switch olde is patched, so I don't know if it can be done either with softmod or with a chip.

Only older V1 models can be soft-modded. Any OLED will need a modchip.

No, you can't.
Only part of V1 models are compatible with softmod, V2, Lite and Oled just modchip. On the website it doesn't say "Patched" because none of these models should even be there, since they are not compatible.

It's not your case, but only IF you had a V2 model AND your model had a system version equal or lower of 4.1.0(launched on December 4, 2017), you could use the browser method, which is called Pegascape, but again, it's not your case, since you have a Oled model, and for sure you are beyond 4.1.0 system version.

You can only modify an OLED Switch using a modchip. If you're not capable at doing it yourself, trade it in for a V1 Switch instead.

Then, why is needed to use a mod chip in oled,v2,and lite models??

Nintendo created these newer models to combat hacking regardless what they advertise. Oled was pure bait in that regard, but it does look much better to play than the previous models. So yeah mod chip is the only option. There could be some pre hacked switch on Ebay to buy.

Because soft modding does not work on those. The vulnerability that made it possible was patched in latter V1 and all the next models.
Then ,there is no possibility to unpatch that vulnerability patched??

Now this may change in the future, but the only softmod is for V1 switches. Otherwise, you will need a modchip and for oled models a Kamikaze hardmod to connect the chip (might? i dont handle hardmods) is needed.

No. These are just useless GitHub repos. *The only way to hack a Switch that is on a higher version than 4.1.0 and has the RCM bug fixed is through a modchip* Please accept that.

It seems you still aren't convinced after every single answer to your post points you to the same conclusion, so just to reiterate:

  • Can you hack an OLED Switch with a SOFTMOD? NO.
  • If the serial code of your OLED does not say patched can you softmod it? NO.
  • Can you softmod an OLED if you have a low firmware? NO.
  • Can someone who offers modding services softmod your OLED? NO.
  • Can something like SoftBrew or WebBrew softmod your OLED? NO.
  • Will there ever be a method to softmod an OLED Switch? Maybe, but there are none at the moment and it could take decades to find one, if it even exists.

  • Can you hack an OLED Switch with a MODCHIP? YES.
