So about 6 months ago, I installed indexiine: a permanent browser exploit using this guide: gbatemp.net/threads/indexiine-load-cfw-during-boot-and-offline-without-a-vc-ds-title.553681/ and it worked perfectly. Then I decided to change the logo of the browser to look like a homebrew exploit, I made some textures and validated them with a wii U image validator program in python and it said I was good. So I uploaded them via ftpiiu everywhere, when I restarted the console my internet browser was bricked and wouldn’t load so my first “stupid” reaction was to factory reset the Wii u(bad idea) so I did it. Then I noticed that my disc icon was missing(apparently this is a problem with regionhax) Now I couldn’t even play my games. When I went to the Wii menu the disc channel was still intact(thankfully) so I decided to use ftpii to fix the problem so I installed hbc using smashhax and loaded ftpii, when I did, it didn’t load(I guess this is a compatibility issue) Then I tried using pretendo networks custom eshop to load the exploit page and fix everything but it required custom certs so that didn’t work either. Then I came across Machell's mk8 exploit., if I bought a digital copy of mk8 could I save my Wii U using the exploit or do I need to buy a new one(if it weren’t for regionhax i would have tried my own mk8 disk)
