Gaming Can I convert save files and how?

I found a really cool hacked save file for a game but its a Europe save file!
It has to be usa (for my usa psp, duh). Is there some sort of converter to
change the region of the save file???

what GAME?
saves will only work with the SAME Regions game

USA game can load the USA save
UK game can load the UK save

you really cant convert regions of saves the GAMEID is coded into the save
and
some save are PSP locked, so you CANT use them on a different psp


if you have CFW use CWcheat(a cheating app) to hack your game yourself

The game is usa too....

I wish I had custom firm because the game is gta lcs which has a whole cheat just for that game!
But I have an unhackable 2000......
