Yes u need a 3.5mm to bluetooth adapter

It won't work, there'd need to be a way for the 3DS to send its sound over WiFi (which hasn't been done and I've no clue if it's possible)
You need an adapter.

you could connect that to the cartridge spi, use normally for cartridge eeprom/flash, you'd need code to use it and reroute the audio though
