Gaming can i change the eShop Region?

so i bought a USA 3DS, and it has an eshop with purchased games
on it as well as ambassador certificate.

problem is i live in Canada, and me credit card is Canadian.
when i go to add credit card, it asks for ZIP Code,
which i cant enter because canadian postal codes have Letters.

Can i change Regions without losing all my games?

yes you can change region, my 3ds is us and right now im in the uk, if i change the region to brazil it then accepts my bank details due to the postcode

but will the Ambassador games be deleted if i change regions?

they are linked to a usa account.

also, if i buy a "Royal bank Prepaid credit card",
can i register a fake USA address, any use it on eshop.

When you change region it will just unlink your club nintendo account, not delete it, the games are registered to your 3DS after all.

As for the prepaid card I would think it would work, seem to recall someone tried one before with no luck so i would recomend a bit of google fu there
