Just wanted to know if there is a way (sort of VM or framework library) to run Android APK games (I'd like to run Shadowrun Dragonfall) on the Switch... or should I prepare it for Android dual boot?

There's no way I'm aware of at this time to run Android applications on the Switch without also running Android itself, and you probably wouldn't want to anyway. The performance of the application would be pretty poor compared to just running it on Android.
