Hacking Can anyone confirm these games´ updates?

im living in central america, and this guy is selling a european 3ds for real cheap. European cartridges are SO HARD to find thats why he´s selling, but i found this guy on facebook telling me he has these european games:

A Link between worlds
Ocarina of Time 3D
Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

i imagine all of them give an update higher than 4.5, can ANYONE please confirm if Ocarina of Time 3D EUROPEAN version update is 4.1 - 4.5 ?

this link says "Taiwan version" has 4.2 but idk if its the same PAL version.

Zelda OOT is firm 1.1 everywhere except China, where its 4.2.

The other two are > 4.5
But you can play these carts with GWs emuNand even without the GW cart. (If you have a DS mode cart to boot DS profile hack)

After having it on 4.x, itll actually be useful here in central america. region-free loading.

Sort the list by firmware and then check which EU games have firmware 4.1-4.5

with 7.0 emunand, can i load retail NTSC cartridges? this 3ds is european remember. Or does GWs region-free only apply to roms?

my main goal isnt to load retail games off this PAL 3ds. i live in america, only NTSC cartridges are available here. idk how the seller got his hands on a PAL 3ds, but if i was able to update it to use gateway, it would become "fully usable" , here in central america where there is NO WAY practically to get your hands on PAL cartridges.

Sorry, I horribly misinterpreted, by forgetting all the previous posts and only reading the last three or so.
Perhaps you can find a PAL cartridge for cheap on eBay? Or perhaps if you have European friends, you can ask them for a huge favor in either borrowing or buying their PAL games.
I'm afraid that is all you can do.

id have to wait for my father up in canada to bring it to me from there, problem is, he´s already here for christmas vacations.

Maybe ill be lucky in the near future and find someone with PAL games.
