Hacking C1-2858-3 when been working ok beforehand

I've been using SD2Vita with adrenaline 6.61 and all been ok.

Today removed SD (after shutting down Vita), and put some more ISO on.

Putting back in, running trinity again (on latest FW so on power off have to rerun, been working fine) starting adrenaline, starts ok, I goto memory card and click X, get a spinny wheel and then C1-2858-3 error.

Anything I can try before a reformat? Normal games on live screen play ok. Has something become corrupted?

What is the reset config in trinity, should I try this?

Anyone help please, I've used tutorials on here, help been great. I have latest version of everything can as of today.

Decided to have a mess....think made worse ha ha. Now normal vita games not working or adrenaline wont load.

Think I'll just start again.....
