Hacking Bypass Nintendo Zone region lock

Hi, i need your help. I have completely setup my own nintendo zone spot with "nbahomepass v2.1" and when i go in the "game spain" to get volcanion code for pokémon xy oras i got a error message telling me "the page you want to enter is not available in your area" but i have a old3ds and 3dsxl EU PAL with French location in console settings. I try to use Spain country and madrid area in console settings ans when i go to the nintendo zone i got an error...

My question is, can i bypass the region lock with any homebrew or software in my two 3ds in cfw luma + a9lh ?

I'm having the same problem. And I'm in spain so I don't know why I get a ubication error too

I don't think that this is just a region-lock problem. Back when the Pokémon OR/AS demo was distributed over the Nintendo Zone in Germany I also couldn't receive it from home. NBA Homepass only uses the SSID for GAME Spain. The only true "hacked" Nintendo Zone is the one from Belgium. That's also the reason why it works on all European systems.

It's an IP whitelist lock. You need to have the same IP range (or even static IP) as the original one to spoof.

afaik no NZ distribution for Volcanion, all serial code.
