I've been searching and reading and looks like there was a way to bypass the forced update requirement on the PS4 to connect to PSN using a proxy and a spoofed XML to trick the update check.
Is there a way to do it for the PS5? I'm not really knowledgable on the URLs and payloads of the PSN so I'm not capable of trying to figure it out on my own.
