Hardware Buying a N3DS?

So.... I'll see if I can find some online that specify FW. if I don't i'll take a look in shops sometime when i'm not lazy.

In this days is not common to find new nintendo 3ds <= 9.2, four days ago I bought one and it come with FW 9.6 and at much place the employees don't want to show you the console
