Missing back cover, which means someone has taken it apart for some reason (Perhaps to remove the battery etc) I wouldn't risk it.

<EDIT>I have also seen many of the no power blinx switch's relisted on ebay in the past few weeks with the seller stating "I bought it faulty on ebay and thought it would be an easy fix". Seriously, i'm not trying to be cruel, but if you dont know what your doing then dont bother (Of course if you have money to burn then fair enough, but why would you be buying faulty switches if you have money to burn?!)

Expensive . Quality was worth it though . Now to get some free time and nail shut the door to man cave. 3 fixed switches inbound .

Legit or no?

Edit: asked him to post photo with his name which he did so paid.
