Which one is better and what is the difference of 2gbkr and 2gb?

I got the 2GBKr since its cheaper but I was wondering what the difference was and after going to manufacturer sites and googling I couldn't find any info on it.

The only thing I can think of is maybe it's the bulk version. Nothing different about bulk except that it doesn't come with retail packaging.
