Homebrew Button input not working in Retroarch??

For some reason the only button I can use is the circle pad and I can't select any options on the menu. I have no clue why It's like this, I didn't even mess with the settings. How do I fix this?

From the root of your sd card go into the retroarch folder and delete the 'retroarch.cfg' file. that should fix it.
