Hacking Burning wiikey 1.9b

Help! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!

So i used IMGburn...
a Memorex DVD+R
and the wiikey.1.9s.us file from wiikey.cn or w/e the site is..

I burned it w/ IMGburn and.. it didn't work.
I also tried it multiple times.
I have Nero 8 if that does anything at all.

Help me!!
