I got to section 4, step 18. When I launc Title manager i get the same error I got before.

Try "The old method of intalling a cia installer" Which is at the bottom of section 4.

My version is 7.2.0.-10E

Is it possible that my web browser is outdated? It is version 1.7498

-10 should be compatible with both rxTools 2.5.2 and 3.0.
But rxTools 2.5.2 is incompatible with 7.X.
If using 2.5.2 you should use Monster Hunter 4U to upgrade to 8.1.0-10E first.
