Hardware Broken ribbon cable?

Hello.
I was disassembling my N3DS XL to potentially fix my wi-fi card when I accidentaly removed/ broke a ribbon cable on the motherboard. Will it work again or am I screwed as there seems to be no way of reattaching it?

@ArviDroid, I think @Kubas_inko meant glue gun and not heat gun. Both does melting of something and are guns of sort, so easy enough to brain fart the two.
I meant heat gun or hot air rework station if you want. He ripped the ribbon connector from the mobo. Glue gun won't help here really :D.

Why have I never heard of these before?! Now I'm super jelly wanting one of this along with a micro soldering setup. Grr.

Ummm. You don't happen to know how to remove the metallic plate covering the wi-fi card aswell?

Edit: Nevermind! Sheer force was the solution!
