ROM Hack Broken cia for a single game ALWAYS!?

i want to install monster hunter 4 ultimate on my 3ds (a9lh aureinand usa) and the problem is that i've tried installing the cia for it through bbm,fbi and soon!2 but the install always breaks off at the end saying that the cia is broken!? i've tried different cia's from different sources but all in vain...i have ensured that i have sufficient space of my sd card. Please tell me what i should do.Thanks!
