Hacking Bricking

So as everyone knows, the Big N can brick your system if you're doing something they don't want. Well I see ALOT of people hacking. I am very scared about bricking my 3ds, so I want to use the Acekard 2i (Missing my homebrew

). So is there some assurance that I won't brick my system, or is there some way (disabling Wi-Fi) that will help me. And if I wanted to play SSFIV online would enabling my Wi-Fi allow Nintendo to break it?

They won't brick you for having used your AK and going on SSF online. If you want assurance I can't give you any as they do have the ability to, but they most likely won't as it'd be detrimental to them.

there not going to do anything for use of ds flashcarts , maybe when the 3ds cards come out they would ban you from online and that is a big maybe ,they certainly wouldnt do anything worse than that , if they even do that

All you have to do is not use a crappy clone card as those can (and have) blow out fuses and cause other hardware damage, causing a brick. Of course, the same thing can happen on a regular DS with poorly made clones so there is nothing 3DS specific about that.

your assurance are US laws, mine are european laws.
stop crying, you should know that its illegal that a company bricks your console.
you guys brick your wii's not because of Nintendo but because you mess around with your softmods.
But as a cards has no root-account, nothing will happen.
