Is not known if it's a brick or not though, not a clear response by the op.
Also seems like the problem is on the ctrtransfer and not in the safehax exploit itself

I see, i read the thread. He didn't respond if he used the correct ctrnand files. That's the only thing that I can see that makes his 3ds bricked. But I think he can use recovery mode, this happened to me once. I flashed a EUR firmware on a US 3DS, its not opening, only blue led. But i managed to salvage it by using recovery mode anf updating to the latest firmware. I just don't know if it will work this time since there's no latest firmare, and im assuming he is already on the latest.
