Hacking Homebrew Breeze bookmarks after restarting game

Can anyone help me with breeze? I try to save addresses in stardew valley so that i can edit the value (f.e money etc.) via bookmarks, but when i restart the game the bookmarks are still there but the values are messed up and editing them doesn't change a thing and the addresses are also different (except when i switch to absolute address) i have been trying for 2-3 days please help

that means the address is dynamic, you could try to use pointer search

It says its out of memory before finding a good pointer do you have any advice?

lower the search range, if it's too big, for less results

I have played around with the settings a lot and it always says out of memory and all pointers are bad/not the right one after i restart the game. I have also looked it up on youtube and found nothing

look at old cheats that people already made might give you an idea of what max search range to use

Ok but something else i thought of was instead of all that hustle i could maybe make a item pickup multiplier do you have any advice on how i could do that? Thanks for help so far
