I think there is a minor bug as seen in the video
I used ASMedit (push X) shorcut everytime after used Page Up shortcut (Up on Rstick), sometimes it repeats going Page Up (1 time 0:11 or many times) when push X
0:17 to 0:25, 0:29 to 0:35 are pushing X

I cannot get this effect, you always has this or only recently? It may have something to do with customization you made, the custom short cut key algorithm may have bug that cause strange things to happen. Many people reported on missing buttons. This repeated key I only hear from you but then maybe people just don't report it.
just noticed it today on 108.6 even with new install with everything in default
try a few more times in asm explorer like page up 1 or 2, 3 times then push x, repeat
it could go 1,2,7 times before it happens
New install don't remove customization saved to eazy_mode_buttons.dat, if you remove this and BreezeOptions then the short cuts would be default. When BreezeOptions is missing the next file looked at is eazy_mode_buttons.dat, then finally eazy_mode_buttons.default (this file is in Breeze.zip).
If you just did a 108.6 install (either unzip full content or use the update button) don't have BreezeOptions and eazy_mode_buttons.dat. Give me the exact steps you get where you are able to repeat that behavior, I should be able to reproduce it.
In Settings menu there is a Log button press button, start from default as per above, make that 1, create the behavior, sent me breeze/ButtonList.txt and I will try to repeat it on my side.
PS: I probably should remove eazy_mode_buttons.default or update it, those keys is not matching 100% the defaults anymore.
A quick way to get the latest defaults is the "clear focus" button in focus menu. I suppose you don't want that for daily use but it would be a quick test.
eazy_mode_buttons.dat is a two in one. It has the focus and the short cut customization. The only time it get's loaded is when breezeoptions is missing or the "Reset all to default" button is pressed.

I don't see a ButtonList.txt in the folder
update: I think my controller button has problems, switched to a different controller and didn't notice any problems
update 2: took the controller apart and found that the A button part has completely torn off from the rubber pad, now it is all good after glue it back

The only change is I have supplied a "BreezeOptions.default". If "BreezeOptions" is not present this file will be loaded. The new install defaults has become bad since some releases ago. This should fix that.

I have problemi with last Breeze 108.7a when load cheats file.txt with this option
and after load press B button twice to go back main menu this happens

You need to provide more details, what is your txt file inside Breeze? You are skipping a lot and jump to conclusion which cannot be reproduced. Are you able to reproduce? Make you said txt file disappear by repeating the steps which you will need to write down so anyone who what to can reproduce the effect.
You can get the last two screen by this button.
If the cheat file is not in breeze:/cheats/titles.zip, you will get file not fount

does not work on my end, you have no screen shot that shows the file gone, normally two back will exit breeze, when the load from db screen appear? not in you description

It does this to me when i load a txt file from the previous version of the game.
It also deleted the Terminator 2D txt file that i updated a few days ago.
You need to provide instructions so someone, anyone who is somewhat able to follow instruction, can follow and make this file disappear.
If you can find a person, show your instructions and watch this person try to follow you will learn how to write instruction for people to follow. What you wrote are not instructions.

That's the procedure i followed and then the file was deleted after the messages in the screenshots i posted.
working fine for me, I renamed the cheat file to 1.txt also loads fine
update: new install of breeze 108.7a also working fine, try that and see if it would solve your problem

When was the last version it worked for you? If you can find the transition version I can look at what changed. If you say 108.0 works I probably can't help since there is nothing that may be remotely related to load file.
I think where was the time I added ".." and also the time I think I make large quantity of file to not crash (not tested, in theory only)
