Hacking Brawl Wad + ocarina?

So i have one simple question considering i couldnt find it on the forum already.

Is it possible to make a forwarder channel like these [ Troa11 NTSC USB Loader channels collection ]
BUT With support for Ocarina [Codes] to use things such as the SD file replacement loader by Phantom wings. [to replace music, textures and ETC]

it is possible,since those channels are mini shortcuts of a usbloader ,so making one that has enabled cheatcodes shouldnt be too hard,sorry but I can't code so I can't do that though.

Loadstructor supports ocarina, but that's only if you are running your game from USB. Read this:

but whatever, its still possible to do all this stuff but its just lazier to make this stuff...XD
