Hacking brand new psp go hackable?

i am looking into possibly getting a psp go in the future and possibly play isos of psp games.
i read the hacking guide, and i think i know what firmwares are hackable... but if i were to say, buy a brand new psp go on amazon tomorrow, would it be hackable? or do i have to look for a older used one?

Any PSP atm is hackable, so it should be hackable right out of the box, just follow the guides.

and there are isos for psp games? like roms for ds? ( sorry im so new to this. just got a NDS and a flash cart)
