ROM Hack Box with circle!

Hi,

One of my games is showing a box with a spinning circle on the home menu when trying to launch the game. Iv cleared the ticket and reinstalled but same issue. Has anyone had this issue please?

Go to data management -> software, find position without title and icon and delete it.
