Hacking Bought a N3DS JP with preinstalled ARM9LOADER + Luma3ds

I just bought a New 3DS Japan with the preinstalled arm9 and Luma3ds from videogameshop in a Asia Country.
The language has been changed to English. I can play pre-installed games from the menu. I see there are Soon2 and FBI's icons to manage the CIA files..etc
However, i check my n3ds setting and see the firmware running is 11.0.3U.

Should i downgrade it to 10.6/10.7 to be secured from future blocking from Nintendo?How?
Can i use NTR CFW on the current stage of my N3DS (FW 11.0)?
How can i protect my self from getting my N3DS bricked?

no don't downgrade
yes u can use ntr cfw just put the latest https://github.com/Shadowtrance/BootNTR/releases
to protext urself from getting bricked, after u put the ntr don't do anything unnecessary things without researching
and make a backup from decrypt9

Should i update my N3DS if Nintendo release newer firmware?
I can not get in to eshop, can you plz point me to a guide for it?

If you're on A9LH, there really would be no harm in updating, if you're worried though, you could always just wait for others to do so, and wait for confirmation that it all went smoothly.

Also, a region changed N3DS system cannot use the eshop. There is a guide to getting it working though, but it's not noob-friendly at all, and I wouldn't recommend trying it. However, I'll still provide a link to the guide if you do want to look at it.

IIRC you can delete the eShop account and do some hex magic with secureinfo_a to get eshop working on region changed consoles.

How do i know if my N3DS is running Arm9h/CWF on SysNand or RedNand?
If it was Sysnand, how safe it is compare to Rednand?

If you hold select then press the boot button (to turn it on when it's off) what do you see?
Can you post a picture of the root of the SD card, the A9LH folder, the Luma folder and the payload folder inside the Luma folder?
We need to know if you got your backups and your OTP.BIN in case something goes wrong.
When you enter system settings, does it say anything in front of the numbers such as REI or Sys or Emu?

Please answer ALL my questions otherwise we won't be able to help you.
