Hacking Bootstrap on Suduku game not working

When i run the suduku game i dont get the white screen error what i suppose but instead i get the booted to the b9Stool why is that says to install bootstrap but afraid to brick

after booting suduku game (this is on the hacked 3ds already)

install bootstrap
dump nand
restore nand

no dont

if on the already hacked console it loads the b9stool then it's fine and ready to transfer
the exploit is working
