ROM Hack bootNTR not working OLD3DS

Hi guys!
I've been watching this forum for days but I can't understand something and make it work, so I decided to register here to search some help.
I got an OLD 3DS, with Luma 10.1 (the latest).
Everything works fine, but some days ago I tried to get cheats for DragonBall Heroes Ultimate Mission X
I've saw a lot of thing but none of these worked fine:
- Luma plugins cheats don't work at all (.txt files)
- CTRPF doesn't even boot at all
- Some versions of BootNTR the same thing as above
So I finally managed to get BootNTR working with the 3.6 version, but even following the stepto get the cheats I cannot get any green screen or cheats menu at all.
I've tried some solution on this forum, like the Speedfly thing with updated cheats but anythis seems to work.
Any help or any other thing to try to resolve this thing and get this heckin cheats go?

Try going back to Luma v9.1. Other than that: I have never used NTR CFW

• Note: the pm reimplementation currently breaks NTR CFW to some extent (in particular game plugins). The abandoned "NTR CFW" is now unsupported, even if it may work.
  • A solution for future versions is being worked on.
  • It may be possible to change NTR CFW source code for it not to inject itself into pm, since Luma3DS removes svc permission checks anyway, to mitigate the issue. We do not have the time to do that ourselves
  • It is not possible to disable custom pm
