Hacking Booting to hekate without eMMC?

Updating the topic theres what ive done.
No ft232h programmer or anything solved my problem, even tried a full bga adapter and things like this, just ordered a new emmc chip from aliexpress (now its cheap, thank you PRC!) and it booted to hekate.

brother can you tell me if the nintendo show hekate and run the cfw then black secreen is it emmc or cpu is the reson????

if it boots to hekate then when you try to run atmosphere or other custom fw its seems like a sd card fault or bad mounted sd, try another one i dont think it can be emmc or cpu..

I can't find a hwfly only picoflys. I have the same issue, it can boot to hekate without an emmc... what can i do now? is there a fw that i can flash like the original hwfly and boot without emmc? the hwfly fw is not compatible obviously with picofly
