Booting Into Windows 7 via USB Stick

Anyone here know of a decent tutorial for booting into Windows 7 with a USB Stick? I'm not trying to install Windows 7 onto a PC with a USB stick, I'm trying to boot a PC with the OS on the USB stick. I have a half-laptop (basically one without the screen) That's capable of booting via USB. The goal here is to turn the thing into a Anaglyph 3D box for my bedroom but this laptop has no HDD, which is why I'm looking for a USB solution.

Did you try Unetbootin or LiLi USB Creator? That might work. It says Linux, but I think it works for Windows as well.
