Boot into sysnand from a9lh

    I'm trying to use Decrypt9 and I know that needs to be done in sysnand, but for some reason I can't boot into sysnand with Luma by holding L.

    You don't need to be in any particular NAND to run d9. Just use the A9LH payload for d9 and boot it.
