Hacking bluecardfix.cia force update

Old3ds Sys 9.2 Emu 10.5

After installing bluecardfix by fbi, 3ds emu wants to overwrite by sysupdate to update games /eshop.
Sysupdate overwrites the bluecardfix -.-

Is there a way to get both working? Bluecardfix + Eshop/Dl Updates?

your thread points only sysnand, i need solution for emunand
the bluecardfix works in sysnand and emunand (autostart emunand)

installed bluecardfix in sysnand and then in emunand -> starting emunand (hbl->rxtools)
-> after that i can start gateways bluecard nds games from emunand
