Blue blinking light (of death?)

Hello
When i plug the wii u and press power button it has a blue blinking light, the HDMI on tv is not dimmed which means that it knows something is connected to it but the screen is black nothing shows. The gamepad works but it says “connect the wii u console” or something similar

is it fixable? Can i save my wii u?

It’s a black wii u , 32 GB I got it in 2015

This is either a corrupted firmware on the SLC or bad DRAM. The corrupted firmware can be fixed. Bad DRAM would require advanced BGA soldering and a replacement chip.
