Blocking Switch firmware updates via router blocking while still able to play online.

Hey I just thought Id ask and see if anyone knows what url the switch uses to get system firmware updates.
I believe it is sun.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net
My question is, if I block this on my router can i still play online?

The reason this matters is because i want to play online with switch 2 but stop it from getting system updates.

Can't play online when you block server communication, besides you probably need to be on latest firmware to play online.

No. You can't play online.

It's not feasible for most but the simple solution is buy two Switch 2 consoles. Worst that could happen is Xbox scenario where consoles aren't exploitable any longer, you can sell the second one that's sealed.
