Gaming Bleach 3rd phantom code help

Does anybody actually know what the all specials cheat does and if it works on bleach 3rd phantom japanese version.I have used it many times pressed the correct buttons and I don't get anything, if anyone out there knows what is wrong or if the code works or not please let me know what it does thanks

the all special codes should be related to the items and if i am not wrong it works

i think you should use the code when you are on the item screen or item preparation screen
i can't remember clearly where but as far as i can remember it must be activated at one of the item screen

Ok I tried the code no luck, I did it on the item screen and nothing happened

, I thought the code would give me all special attacks like the spells. I am playing bleach tower would it still work then if so what is going wrong. Thanks for all your help

go to this screen to activate your cheats, you activate it either on the consumable item or special item screen

after press L+R to activate.. make sure you have a screen change
just try pressing X twice to create a screen change
you should then see
the specials you have now is 3 pages as per the above page

if you still having problem on getting the code to be activated
send me a PM and tell me what is the flash cart you are using...
i will then activate the cheats for you and return the .sav you gave me earlier with special item code activated

EDIT: i also realised that the code name for all items and all specials is wrong

all items should be all special
and
all special should be all items
