ROM Hack Black screen when starting up smash 4

Howdy there, I wanted to report a problem that I'm having theese days: I am using saltysd to mod ssb4 on my o3ds (a9lh), but when I boot smash there is only a black screen and (apparently) the console frozes, and I have to restart it. Can someone help me?

Does the game work without saltysd?

yes, it starts up with no problem, I think is something about the bin file that I've put inside luma3ds's code_sections, I've downloaded it from this video:

i dont know anything about other firmwares other than Luma so im no expert but as ive seen you said you downloaded files from link on youtube which is highly not recommended, the files could be outdated or he may have skipped something in his video..

The latest Smash Selector doesn't work for o3DS, download it off of TitleDB instead.

Ok i'll try it out.

EDIT: okay smash selector starts, but when I choose start up smash it goes in a black screen (already downloaded saltysd), many people say that it takes a long time to load, but I waited around 10 minutes and smash does not start.
