Black Screen - After Payload Injection ??

Ive got an early V1 switch in for a strange repair..

The console works fine from what I can see in ofw.

The console is on 15.0.1 and when I pop it in RCM mode via Tegrasmash its seen in RCM mode fine.
Whatever Payload I inject into the unit its say its gone through fine but nothing at all appears on the screen, its just black.

Anybody else ever had this?

Possible it is patched, you check the serial if it matched?

Found the issue, its patched. A previous repair centre has done a cheeky board swap...
