Gaming black ops wii patch....wut?

i used modmii and did the non virgin medhod got ios56wad but many others too =D and MMM app
is this as easy as open MMM on HBC and install ONLY the ios56wad? or do i need to do anything else?

BTW i have 4.1 E wii with waninkokos rev20b

u only need to install IOS56 and the shopping channel wad, the other wads will update your IOSs and are also safe to install but it will overwrite darkcorp/cioscorp if u have it installed.

I have the same problem, but I'm playing the NTSC version on NTSC Wii.

dont really know if i have darkcorp or cioscorp =(
and i dunno if i even have bootmii, years ago i did something startpach and with that i did something with bootmii, cant remember now thou =/ so i guess i dont have any recovery apps. should i be worried? : o

did you connect online? you have to click network connection, it'll connect, and then it'll say update. oh and the update is relatively pretty fast

and you have to be on multiplayer mode, not zombies

aaaaand you probably already tried XD

Ive updated cios and shop channel(agreed to terms) but when I try to connect to a match I get an error "cannot connect to server" pls help.

It's most likely your internet connection. tats all i can say for you. i had tat, messed wit it, got mad at my router, but after a while, COD worked. maybe after a while it will work

Update Black Ops? No. As soon as I try to connect to NWFC it gives an error, not exact quote, "unable to connect to black ops server".

All other games goldeneye,mwr,waw,conduit, etc. all work fine

Yes, I get the "you have text messages" and bullshit when I'm trying to connect as well. All other games work online so my connection isn't the problem.

looking at my saves in wii data management i noticed 2 saves for black ops one weighing in at 59 blocks so i copied that to sd and removed the card now game wants an update can this "save" not be transferred to another wii for those with issues getting the update?
checking with ATD sC7P is no longer in 00010005 (downloadable game content) and when copied back to wii game nolonger needs update.
