Were did you put GTX Extractor?
You can't put it in the same folder as BFRES Tool.

You must put it in a separate folder (put TexConv2 in that folder too), and then add the folder to the PATH variable.

If that didn't work, can u send me the BFRES file you were using?

Tell me a example, how would one permapatch mods onto system menu to use in game on disc? Can it be done with any game for example tokyo mirage sessions fe uncensor patch, or project maiden of black water uncensor patch? Or just smash bros.

Try renaming that folder to "Tex", then add it to path. (So, it would become like this: "C:\Tex"

I get the same error "Failed to load DLL GTX Extractor v4.0"
