Hacking Best way to avoid bans ?

Hi ! As the title shows, i want to know what is the best way to avoid a ban (besinde disabling sending usage data) on a 11.8 3ds while keeping online gaming.
I heard games installed with FBI before updating are fine. So what if i install a cia game after updating to 11.8 ?
I want to know what is fine and what isn't
ik some people will say don't go online even if that's not what i ask for .. but huh what can i do to it ^^

Just dont cheat online. And there is always a small chance to get banned, you can just reduce it. So basically no online cheating, don't play games before they get released.

I only use cheats offline so that's fine (i hate online cheaters)
For non released games i can wait or use citra i guess
