    What's the best ROM manager?

    I'm checking out RToolDS.

Is there any program for checking to make sure the releases aren't corrupt and renaming them to my own liking?

Can I use another master list with RToolsDS, such as USA region only?

Is there a program/website that let's me see what games are exclusion to != USA?

Use R4ToolDS as your ROM Manager. Use NDScrc to repackage / rename the ROMs. Because both programs use the same database, they work very well together.

Sorry about a possibly silly question, just didn't see that R4ToolDS on filetrip, is it the same as RToolDS?

This may not be precisely what you were looking for, but Rominator is really the only alternative to RToolDS

Sorry it was a typo, I meant RToolDS. Links to both NDScrc and RtoolDS are in the guides in my signature.

There's a new one called "DS Rom Manager" available from Advanscene that looks promising, but is currently somewhat buggy and too complicated. It's still under active development though, so something to keep your eye on.

Rominator is nice, but is no longer being developed or kept up to date, so it's not very useful.

RToolDS with NDSCrc is your best bet at this point.

Rominator may not be under active development, but it is still being updated on these forums.

Parts of it are being updated (cover art and some database information) if you add the files to your installation yourself rather than using the "update" command in the program. I believe that other parts (most notably ROM trimming data) isn't being updated.
