Hi! I was interested in buying a New Nintendo 3DS XL to replace my OLD 3DS XL that is on the latest firware, but I don't know if the color of the 3DS has anything to do with firmware, and if so which one is the best one to go?

The thing is that I don't want to spend money on a 3DS Flashcart, I want to softmod it through soundhax, or whatever exploit there is.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I also want to replace my OLD 3DS because it's damaged and the joystick is broken too.

  • Badcatalex @ Badcatalex:
eBay is full of them and as long as they don't have Computrace enabled (computer tracking stuff)
    they are great
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
The ones that are parts and/or not working are from what I can see.
  • Badcatalex @ Badcatalex:
companies use them for three years or so
before they are dumped on the market

nah you can find lots of working ones if you look carefully
  • Badcatalex @ Badcatalex:

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
eBay is more of the way to go.
