Post the games with the best graphics for ds.
I have

Ninja gaiden

Best graphics eh? Note that this does mean the game itself is good though-

Star Wars Clone Wars Jedi Alliance
Star Wars Clone Wars Republic Heroes
Dragon Quest IX
Golden Sun Dark Dawn (yeah i'm cheating, tis not out yet)
Final Fantasy 3 and 4
Okamiden
Avalon Code
Metroid Prime Hunters

Crash of the Titans
Tak Great Juju Challenge
Dementium I and II
Moon
Mario Kart DS
Diddy Kong Racing
Speed Racer
Dragonball Origins 1 and 2

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (Ring of Fates and Echoes of Time)
G-Force

I could list some really great looking 2D-based games too, but i dunno if you wanted 3D only or what.

Great list and yes you can post 2d games like mario and luigi bowsers inside story

The World Ends With You
Any Layton Game
FF the 4 Heroes of Light (yea, I said it)
Dragon Quest 9
Pokemon B/W
Hotel Dusk and Last Window

can't remember much of anything else. I usually just play along, heedless of graphics.

Some partial 3D, or 2D games then-

Soma Bringer
Castlevania DOS/POR/OOE
Dragon Quest IV/V/VI
Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings
Final Fantasy Tactics A2
Kirby Canvas Curse/Squeak Squad/Super Star Ultra
Knights in the Nightmare
Suikoden Tierkreis
Ninokuni (again, not yet out, but i played the demo and it's amazing)
Mario & Luigi Partners in Time and Bowser's Inside Story
New Super Mario Bros
Megaman ZX/ZX Advent
Sands of Destruction
7th Dragon
Tales of Hearts
Summon Night Tear's Crown
Soul Bubbles
Lunar Knights
Black Sigil
Chrono Trigger (yeah yeah, 15 year old game, i don't care because it's still gorgeous)

And 4 Warriors of Light is a great looking game Shinigami357, no shame whatsoever in listing it.

From what i have played i think its mostly the Pokemon games for the ds and some of the final fantasy and kingdom hearts of cause and the new game golden sun dark dawn graphics look great

Pokemon B/W, The World Ends With You, Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, Contact... Basically anything with a solid commitment to style instead of an attempt at "high res" graphics. I still think Final Fantasy 6 is one of the most beautiful games ever created, because it worked within the system specs, committed to excellent spritework and thus isn't aged by future gaming - it's already gorgeous and will remain gorgeous, whereas a game like, say, Silent Hill or Final Fantasy VII looked "good" at the time, but aged horribly.

Final Fantasy III and IV's intro movies are amazing. I wish there were FMV sequences like that during the actual games. But yeah, I'd have to say that those movies look better than anything else on DS.

Of course, these games have good graphics during gameplay too, but can't compare to these movie sequences, nor can most other things on DS.

The new Lufia isn't the most polished 3D game I've seen by Square Enix, but it's got the most impressive draw distance I've seen in a DS game, especially in consideration of how much detail there is. It's fully 3D -- just a super-impressive presentation for this system. A little slowdown here and there, but it's not something that hinders the gameplay in any meaningful way.

Almost everything I was gonna post has been posted. The Sonic Rush games have some nice graphics most noticeable during the 3D cut scenes and special stages.

Lufia DS has some pretty damn amazing graphics for a DS game... I like the art style a lot as well ;D

And that Kingdom Hearts DS game had incredible graphics as well..

Not to mention Final Fantasy III and IV, and both the Crystal Chronicles games.

Oh yeah and Avalon Code has fairly good graphics.

(Sorry if any of those games have been mentioned before, but I was just listing all the 3D games that stood out for me as looking above average)

RIZ-ZOAWD is really the only DS game that has fantastic graphics. The others are just so-so, even Estpolis/Lufia can't beat it.

I hope you do realise graphics don't make a game good though.

I hope you realize prerendered intros are hardly displays of good graphics. Like in some of the Kingdom Hearts cutscenes all it does is use video done on the PS2 engine and play it on your DS. It's just as technically impressive as taking Avatar and playing it in DPG format. Although Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days had pretty good graphics (I have yet to see Re:coded).

FFIII and FFIV weren't that impressive really. I thought the little pencil-point character models were ugly as hell.

Now for some 2D games, Batman: Brave and the Bold was pretty good looking, and the Castlevanias are always a yes.

Re:Coded is nothing special, both in terms of gameplay and in terms of graphics. It looks pretty good, but that's about it.

EDIT: lolwut, what the fuck happened to my post layout? What's that enter doing there? Nevermind, fixed.
