Hacking Best, Current Guide for SD2Vita?

Hello, I've been looking around the forums but can't pinpoint if there is a guide I should be following or that's recommended for getting SD2Vita set up. I just got my adapter in the mail and would love to follow a guide.

A few questions:

1) I have a 32GB Sony card. Can I still use this as well as the SD card, or does the SD card completely replace this for backup games from Mai Dumps?
2) Is there a size limit for SD cards? If I get a 128GB card will that work?
3) Which guide would you recommend I follow?
