Hacking BBC iplayer on 3.2E

I was wondering if someone could help me out. Ignoring the fresh off the press reports of being able to continue to use homebrew with 4.3 (I'll wait until there is proper a consensus), is there any way of getting iplayer onto a softmodded 4.2 system?

As it stands I need to access the shop to get the iplayer channel, but as I don't have the latest update I can't do that. I found someone has posted the iplayer wad on rapidshare but I would want to sum check the file before opening it and even if I did open it I don't know whether it would run.

Any help is much appreciated.

Get WiiSCU and update IOS61 and the Shop Channel to latest versions.

Latest shop is v19. Latest IOS61 is v5661

Thanks, just found GAF's homebrew site while finding out about wiiscu. The content is so much better written than any of the other tutorials I've read. Finding it should make this the last tedious question I ever make on these forums. Hopefully.
