Hi guys what is the normal battery drain in normal firmware v5.1.0 in sleep mode compared to cfw in sleep mode?. Has anyone measured the battery drain comparison also would it make a difference to charge in normal firmware or cfw? this would be interesting data to see where the battery drains the most.

Simple test
would be great if someone could test this fully charge the unit and do a fresh boot to OFW. then leave it there for 12 hours (over night) and check battery percentage next morning.
repeat the above with CFW and compare. so in two days (max) we know exactly what CFW drainage is compared to OFW.

Update looking at another thread for osv1.3 on switch the user reported below.
OS SX 1.3, started Mario Kart, put Switch to sleep at 93% batt an 01:00 am, woke up Switch at 01:00 pm (12 hours passed), 88% batt. So, in my case sleep mode takes 10% for 24h, not bad.

Update
This morning I had 98%...
10 hours later the switch is 95% charged.
I took it with me to work, but didnt have time to play.
BTW: All with Sx Os booted 5.1 sxos1.3.

With cfw i would think there would be more battery drain as running homebrew some may not shut down properly affecting battery life compared to normal firmware. And also some extra stuff for cfw is loaded which may be draining battery faster than a normal firmware.

I know this is not a good comparison but here on a pspvita looks like they have this problem so it could be affecting the switch too .

I don't think that's the same thing with the switch cause upon closing the hbmenu, all homebrews are also closed.
Although I'm not sure with the new persistent ftp feature in hekate.

Someone would need to test this with proper testing methods in same conditions etc i am sure sx pro would drain a lot faster in sleep mode compared to normal firmware using the latest firmware versions v5.1.0.

So there is some battery drain some will have higher drain than others depending on condition of their batteries and their setups i think this is important data and to find out what is draining the battery more in cfw.

Ofw 100% sleep mode night til morning 99-100% cfw 95%

Was you on v5.1.0 official firmware and using sx pro v1.3? firmware & did you completely shut down your game?

Mine was dropping 40% in 24hrs sent switch back because that's more than normal battery drain.
