Homebrew Basicsploit doesn't work

Hey guys, I need help.
I'm a sort of Exploit collector, I install every exploit game on my 3ds, So I decided to install basicsploit. I typed almost 30 minutes for the Exploit! Finally I choose run and ouh... Error occurred, Software closed , system will restart. I tried it >10 times, it won't work. I looked at my router interface, when I hit run it loads 20kbit/s 2 seconds long and then 0 bits and crash. My downloader script is 1104 (blocks?) big, the (corrupted?) Basicsploit file 2668.

I have a new 3ds 11.0-33 with arm9loaderhax and luma 5.5 with updated sysnand. Smile basic version 3.2.1, US Version on Europe system. The problem isn't the Europe system; A friend of mine tried it too and it worked flawless, on a EU n3ds.

I hope someone can help me.

I thought this might be useful for some people that bought the game but don't feel like typing the entire script with the crappy 3ds keyboard on smilebasic, if you follow this tutorial you won't have to type out the entire thing.

REQUIREMENTS:
A 3DS
Something that can play audio from a web browser
SmileBASIC on 3.2.1

1. On SmileBASIC, go to "Publish/Download Projects"
2. Go to "Download using Public Key" and use the code "NKX3KE13" on the next screen and download the project
3. Go to "Browse Projects" then "PMODEM127" and execute "PMODEM127.PRG"
4. Click "RECVIEVE FILE SIMPLEX"
6. Put the speaker of whatever you're using for sound near your 3DS mic
7. Go to http://vocaroo.com/i/s1IuGFxdeUVY and cover your ears (If it doesn't play at first, click the download mp3 button to download it or play it)
8. Go back to the PMODEM127 project and execute DOWNLOADER.TXT

Okay it doesn't work because I have a European 3ds and this Nintendo 3ds services thing always shows up. At the end I get a Error 003-4199

Doesn't work. I don't know why it doesn't work, maybe the script is detecting the wrong system version?
