If Nintendo finds out that your 3DS has any hacks in it, then they will refuse to fix it. It's recommended to backup NAND, uninstall CFW, and get NTRBootHax ready, cuz they will update system during repair.
Nah, I updated it already. By Nintendo I meant Conquest Entertaiment. It's Czech and Polish Nintendo distributor.
EDIT: Does anyone send their 3DS to Conquest and is "3DS turning off if it's fully open" thing hard to repair?
